With the game against Castlegate called off by the ref 15 minutes prior to kick off gave us a slight let off with 9 players missing. Unfortunately the away trip to Aslacton was due to go ahead with an already depleted squad 5 pull outs between Friday and Saturday evening, left me with no choice but to cancel the game. As a club we will now face and fine and lets hope that we are not forced to forfeit the game. All points are required to maintain a promotion push!!!!

Return to the Cup action. First round of the League Cup against 1B side St Faiths. Eaton went in to the game with a much changed team. Matter not though the result followed form. Goals from Joe McFarlane and Ronny Qoopre de Barra gave Eaton a 2-1 win victory, setting up a second round tie against Premier League team Acle Rangers.

Back to league action and back to winning ways. North Walsham made the visit to CNS to be dispatched with confidence and style, which saw Eaton move up to 3rd. A goal each from Ronny Qoopre de Barra, Simon Brett and Ross Coombes coupled with 3 own goals saw Eaton run out 6-1 victors. The best part of the performance was that the scoreline in no way flattered Eaton. In fact the scoreline could have easily hit double figures.

A loss in the County Cup isnt a bad thing. If we are going to lose this would be my preferred competition to do it in. A goal each from Joe McFarlane and Jon Soderberg gave Eaton a close fought 2-3 loss to 1B table toppers Bayer.

4 wins in a row!!! A double from Jon Soderberg gave Eaton another win In a tight game against Horsford. Oli Butcher's penalty save proved to be the defining moment in the game. In which every Eaton player produced.
